Lately, I started going a beautiful restaurant in Aubonne called “Il Circolo”. I enjoy it so much, I had to tell you all about it
Lony, the owner, came to this restaurant for the first time, a little less than a year ago and he fell under its spell! Shortly after, he reopened in January of this year and Lony brings his own personal touch to the restaurant. He re-adapts and brings his own knowledge and experience with the goal of creating a real and authentic Italian cuisine.
The young cook Samuel is originally from Emilia-Romagna in the north of Italy. At only 23 years old, he has gathered a lot of experience especially in starred restaurant and the Lausanne Palace. He is able to create a good balance between finesse and Italian generosity in all of his dishes.
What I love in this restaurant is its coziness and friendliness, its beautiful interior decoration that’s is classic and charming and most of all their beautiful wisteria that is over a hundred years old and that covers their terrace.
Icing on the cake, the service is polished! Sara will welcome you with kindness and a flawless service.
